The agency was tasked by Pearson – the world’s biggest education publisher – to promote the title by pregnancy nutrition expert Dr Rana Conway, resulting in media requests from The Sun, Female First and Babyexpert.com.

What to Eat When You’re Pregnant and Vegetarian is the UK’s first-ever book on healthy eating for vegetarians during pregnancy.

Author Dr Conway decided to pen the book after noticing that while there’s a wealth of general nutrition information available, it rarely addresses the specific concerns of vegetarians.

After selling over 12,000 copies of the non-vegetarian edition of What to Eat When You’re Pregnant (Pearson, 2011), it quickly became apparent to Dr Conway that vegetarians want specific, tailored advice.

The result is a comprehensive guide that serves up essential advice for pregnant women on how to ensure their own well-being and that of their unborn child whilst eating a vegetarian diet.
