Self-destruction eBooks go on sale

‘Mission: Impossible’-style ebooks which self-destruct after reading have gone on sale in the UK.

Digital products at the Nobu.store, launched by billionaire Nobu Su – a client of book PR agency Palamedes – are fitted with electronic fuses that ‘detonate’ when the rental period expires.

Consumers have between two and 20 days to read the book before a ‘coded bomb’ wipes the date from their smartphone or tablet.

Palamedes offers guaranteed editorial services for authors. You can visit our FAQ page to learn more about what to expect with a PR campaign or contact our team HERE to discuss a campaign.
