Palamedes PR was appointed byIvor Novello award-winning music producer and author John Schroeder in February 2016 to promote his novel, ‘Buckingham’, and autobiography ‘All for the Love of Music’. We were tasked with securing exposure within national and regional media.
Given the subject matter of the books, and the Client’s illustrious 50-year career in the British music industry, we devised national news stories around the client’s love of cats and revelations about the chart-topping groups he worked with. We also orchestrated an exclusive extract from his novel, thought-leaders and competitions.
This book PR campaign secured strong national and regional exposure. Placements included in the Daily Mirror, Irish Mirror, BBC Radio Surrey and Cat World. Each of the editorial products we created achieved 100% coverage with a combined reach of over 163million.
