Palamedes PR was appointed by Paul Bogdanor in September 2016 to promote his non-fiction book Kasztner’s Crime. We were tasked with securing exposure within the national media.
In order to generate exposure for the book we devised a hard-hitting national news story based around the client’s research into his subject, which revealed that World War Two rescue ‘hero’ Rezső (AKA Rudolf) Kasztner was in fact a Nazi collaborator responsible for the deaths of nearly half a million Jews.
This book PR campaign secured strong national exposure. Placements were generated in the Daily Mail, Daily Mirror, MSN and the Jewish Telegraph, among others. Each of the editorial products we created achieved 100% coverage with a combined reach of over 300million.
