Palamedes PR was appointed by biblical historian Ralph Ellis in February 2017 to promote his latest book, ‘Jesus, King of Edessa’. We were tasked with securing national exposure for the author and title.

The author’s research and theories are very complicated, and so to ensure the widest media and public appeal we focused on one particular element of that research which we determined to be the most newsworthy – an ancient coin that could, according to the client, be the first to depict the true face of Jesus.

This book PR campaign secured major national exposure including the Daily Mail, Daily Express, Daily Mirror, Daily Star, The Times, Yahoo News UK and AOL among others. Each of the editorial products we created achieved 100% coverage with a combined reach of over 400million.
