Our client, Wynndel Property Management, has been nominated for three more awards in as many months, it emerged yesterday.
The Chepstow-based firm has been shortlisted in the Private Developer of the Year, Best Small Development and Best Architectural Design categories at this year’s First Time Buyer Reader Awards.
The nominations come just three months after Wynndel scooped Silver in the Best House category at the 2012 What House? Awards.
Judges said ‘The Sessile’, a Grand Designs-style home on the Naturally Woodlands Development in Brynna, Rhondda Cynon Taff, was a perfect example of modern architecture in a rural setting.
The Gold was awarded to a property in Scotland, making The Sessile the best house in England and Wales.
Jon Kirk, Palamedes’ managing director, said: “We’re obviously delighted to hear that Wynndel has been nominated for another three awards. Its properties are exceptional and deserve the accolades completely.”
