Latest book PR success story – Anurankita Kumar

Metro, BBC Radio 5 Live and The European among the coverage secured for author client Anuranjita Kumar

Our latest book PR success story is now live, detailing the significant national and broadcast exposure generated for global HR professional and race equality campaigner Anuranjita Kumar

Ms Kumar, Managing Director of Human Resources with the Royal Bank of Scotland, conducted extensive research into the experiences of BAME individuals within the UK and across the world for her non-fiction title, Colour Matters? The Truth That No One Wants To See, published through Bloomsbury.

Drawing on her study, we broke the news that BAME professionals in the UK face routine discrimination by an “institutionally racist old boys network” running some of Britain’s largest companies and are 90 per cent less likely to land a boardroom job than their white counterparts.

Race equality campaigner Anuranjita Kumar appointed Palamedes PR to promote her non-fiction title Colour Matters?, published through Bloomsbury.

Our campaign led to exposure for Ms Kumar in national newspaper Metro, on BBC.com’s Business Live and prestigious global affairs magazine The European, as well as placements on business sites including DiversityQ and HR Grapevine.

We also secured a wide range of broadcast radio interviews, including a spot on BBC Radio 5 Live’s ‘Wake Up To Money’ programme.
