Author Rowena Kinread praises book PR agency Palamedes for its campaign promoting her historical novel, 'The Missionary'
Our latest book PR testimonial, from author Rowena Kinread, is now online.
The author appointed Palamedes PR to promote her debut novel, The Missionary, a work of historical fiction set in 5th century Ireland which recounts the life of the nation’s patron saint, St. Patrick.
Very much a labour of love, The Missionary was written following three years of detailed historical research and charts the saint’s life from his capture by pirates as a teenager to his adoption into the priesthood and mission to convert the pagan tribes of Ireland to Christianity.
Rowena Kinread, author of historical novel, The Missionary, which recounts the life of Ireland’s patron saint, Saint Patrick.
Our campaign to promote historical fiction novel The Missionary, by Rowena Kinread, resulted in widespread media coverage including the Irish Post, The Scotsman, Yorkshire Post, The Star, and many more.
Rowena, who lives in Germany but who is originally from the UK, was inspired to write the novel after learning that her surname is of Irish origin and can be traced back to tribe of Dalriada that Patrick lived among while a slave.
Speaking about our work, Rowena said: “I would like to thank Palamedes PR for the media coverage of my book The Missionary.
“It has been a pleasure working with the team and I was entirely satisfied with the results.”
