Fleet Street veteran turned author Tony Bassett praises book publicity specialist Palamedes PR
Author Tony Bassett has praised the work of book PR agency Palamedes.
The agency recently orchestrated a campaign for Mr Bassett, a former national news reporter, to promote his new contemporary spy thriller The Lazarus Charter.
Mr Bassett, a former reporter for the Sunday People and The Sun, published The Lazarus Charter in March 2020 through The Conrad Press.
It is a sequel to the author’s 2018 debut, Smile Of The Stowaway.
Speaking about our work, he said: “Having worked as a Fleet Street journalist for nearly 40 years, I came to appreciate that to succeed in the media you need to have the ability to think on your feet, move fast and adapt as situations change. Palamedes is staffed by former national journalists and they brought all of these qualities to bear during my campaign. They were committed to delivering the best outcome and I would recommend them to any author.”
