Book PR specialist Palamedes PR has been appointed to spearhead a publicity campaign for academic author Salma Alrasheed.
The agency will be promoting Alrasheed’s university textbook Principles of Mechanics: Fundamental University Physics, aimed at undergraduates reading physics as well as students of maths and engineering.
As part of the campaign, Palamedes PR will be designing a website with e-commerce facilities for the author to use as a digital promotional platform.
The author, who is currently studying for a PhD in physics, specializing in nanoplasmonics, has written the book to provide students with a comprehensive, step-by-step guide to the basic ideas of introductory mechanics.
Unlike other textbooks on the subject, Principles of Mechanics covers basic concepts while at the same time paving the way to more advanced topics to help students become more confident in dealing with complex ideas and problems.
