The second issue of e-Xposure Magazine, the ‘monthly’ publication by Palamedes PR, is ready – more than four weeks later than anticipated.
A flurry of new PR campaigns, PR stunts and PR-led client events are said to be to blame for the “admittedly quite lengthy” delay in its publication.
The second issue focuses on book PR and features the international book PR coverage we secured for clients including AudioGO, Bill Deane and Angus Kennedy.
In addition to the usual PR interviews and PR industry news, it also includes an overview of how to conduct an effective book PR campaign on a shoestring.
Jon Kirk, Palamedes PR’s managing director, admitted the agency’s small size occasionally had its drawbacks.
“Issue two of e-Xposure was delayed by at least one month because we simply didn’t have the manpower to create it,” he said.
“Clients and client campaigns always have, and always will, come first, which means putting e-Xposure on hold until such a time arises that designing it becomes possible.”
But he added: “We’ve taken steps to ensure that issue 3, and all subsequent issues, are created and distributed on time.”
The magazine, which is usually published monthly, is distributed to between 30,000 and 40,000 people nationwide. Palamedes PR clients and their products are featured within it on a complimentary basis.
