Lifelong Workshops, the health and fitness initiative developed by the Royal Navy PT Instructor, Daniel Fallon, has appeared in the Hull Daily Mail following its launch last week.

The paper, which has a readership of approximately 120,000, is a key title given Fallon’s connections with the region.

Fallon, who is currently serving on board HMS Nelson in Portsmouth, is also being interviewed by BBC Humberside this morning. [Edit: the interview with David Burns was broadcast this morning and was, to quote Mr Fallon, a “fantastic success”. Listen to the broadcast via our YouTube page, above, or click here to listen to it on the BBC Radio Humberside website.]

The paper clipping, and a recording of the BBC interview, will be added to the Palamedes PR website in coming days.
