Naturally Woodlands, the award-winning housing development and Palamedes PR client, has featured in First Time Buyer Magazine.
An ad for the luxury development, in Brynna, South Wales, appeared on a left-facing page in the current April/May edition.
The development has been shortlisted for three awards at this year’s First Time Buyers Awards, and the ad is based upon those nominations.
The ad, designed by the copywriter Barry Smith, reads: “Why you should vote for Naturally Woodlands…that’s why”. A photograph of The Sessile, a four-bedroom detached home on the site, was placed between the copy.
The Sessile won silver at the What House? Awards last year. It narrowly missed out on gold, which was scooped by a property in Scotland. The accolade meant The Sessile was, effectively, the best house in England and Wales.
