Palamedes secured national media coverage for a property client yesterday.
Severn Quay, the luxury riverside development in Chepstow, Monmouthshire, was included in a retirement feature in the Daily Express.
The full piece, Retirement on the Waterfront, can be read here: http://www.express.co.uk/news/property/378246/Retirement-on-the-waterfront
It reads: “Set in the heart of the historic market town which acts as a gateway to the beauties of Monmouthshire, this riverside development of 113 apartments and 56 townhouses has views of the River Wye and nearby Chepstow Castle. Being sold off-plan, the first possessions are expected to take place next year and the scheduled date for the whole complex to be finished is 2015.
“The development will also transform the town’s neglected riverbank by creating landscaped gardens, with a new promenade bordering the River Wye that will open a previously undiscovered stretch of the river.
“Given that all properties will be equipped with luxury fittings and modern technology, the prices currently quoted seem modest: ranging from £179,950 for a one-bedroom apartment to £450,000 for a four-bedroom town house or £475,000 for a penthouse.”
A spokesman for Palamedes said: “We’re very pleased with the latest coverage, and would like to thank the Daily Express for its support.”
