Palamedes PR was appointed by author Alice-Rose Trent in June 2018 to promote her debut, self-published novel, Duped x3 Liars! We were tasked with securing two guaranteed book reviews and two guaranteed thought-leader article placements.
The Consultancy devised the following editorial tactics to secure media exposure:
- As the author identified the mind, body and spirit market as a key audience, we developed a thought-leader article about the author’s supernatural experiences with her deceased ex-husband
- We developed a second thought-leader article sharing the author’s real-life domestic abuse story to offer strength and support to other victims
- We utilized our contacts to secure book reviews for the novel, which had been published last year, on popular lifestyle websites that reached women and MBS audiences
The Duped X3 Liars! campaign secured the following exposure:
- A book review in one of the UK’s most popular MBS (mind, body and spirit) magazines, Soul & Spirit
- A second book review on popular lifestyle website Stories.SWN
- An exclusive thought-leader article on Female First
- A second exclusive thought-leader article on Real-Fix.com
Each of the editorial products we created achieved 100% coverage with a combined reach of 4million. (This figure is based on the combined unique monthly visitor figures of websites).
