Palamedes PR, a specialist consumer PR agency, was appointed by HelpAddictions to launch what was, at the time, a pioneering new online service to help people with various addictions.

We wanted to launch HelpAddictions with a bang and knew exactly how to do it through compelling, original and newsworthy copy. This included identifying case studies, research-driven news copy, press releases, and other editorial products.

Our work generated international media coverage for HelpAdditions within 24 hours. We no longer have many of the cuts, but those that have retained can be viewed in the gallery below. The coverage included page leads in the Mail, Star, Sun, Telegraph, Record, Echo, Examiner, ABC News, Metro, Hindustan Times, Asian News International, and numerous others:

This project-based PR campaign was based upon generating positive headlines for a controversial topic – online porn addiction. It was crucial that our work raised the profile of the site without jeopardising the expert research and trained counsellors behind it.
