Palamedes PR was appointed by Eswatini-based author and trauma survivor JH Morgan in June 2019 for a campaign to promote her new novel, The Long Road Home. We were tasked with securing four guaranteed thought-leader articles, and a guaranteed nationwide book review with accompanying profile piece and Q&A interview.

The Consultancy delivered the following services to support the Client’s aims:

  • Working with the Client, we devised angles for the thought-leader articles that aligned with the themes of her novel
  • We proofed/edited the Client’s draft thought-leader articles
  • We prepared a compelling book review for The Long Road Home and profile piece
  • We devised interview questions for the Q&A interview, and proofed/edited the Client’s answers

The campaign for The Long Road Home secured the following exposure:

  • Placement of the syndicated book review, profile and Q&A interview on 150 Johnston Press regional news websites including flagship titles The Scotsman and the Yorkshire Post
  • Placement of the approved thought-leader articles on Female First, Stories.SWNS, Real-Fix and The London Economic

Our editorial products secured a combined reach of approximately 47 million. (This figure is based on the unique monthly visitor figures of websites)
