Palamedes PR was appointed by mindfulness expert and author Neil Seligman in November 2016 to promote his non-fiction title, ‘101 Mindfulness Meditations’. We were tasked with securing exposure within the national and lifestyle media.
We utilised the client’s expertise on mindfulness, and the rising popularity of the practice in the UK, to develop a national thought-leader article explaining the benefits of mindfulness. We also approached national women’s magazines and business titles, as the client is a leading corporate mindfulness expert.
This book PR campaign secured strong national exposure. Placements were generated in the Daily Mirror, Best, Yoga Magazine, Female First, Small Business and a review on Lovereading. Each of the editorial products we created achieved 100% coverage with a reach of more than 102million.
