Palamedes PR, the award-winning B2B and B2C PR agency, today announces a unique campaign promise: guaranteed media coverage or your money back.

To reflect its commitment to exceptional customer service – and its “above industry standard” ethos – it will provide a rebate if Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are not met.

In the unlikely event that the agency fails to hit more than 25 per cent of its deliverables on project and retained accounts, clients will receive a rebate for 25 per cent of their fees.

The offer – which will be phased-in over coming weeks – is subject to certain, transparent provisions.

But Jon Kirk, the agency’s managing director, believes the campaign promise will promote effective communication and trust.
